Though this number is sadly quite low in the context of how many Bishops the Church actually has, I wanted to express my gratitude for Bishop Silva supporting the celebration of the TLM in His Diocese and providing the sacrament of Confirmation to those who wish to receive the sacrament in the Traditional form.
